GARRETT MILLERICK
Garrett Millerick is an acclaimed stand up comedian, writer and director. His unique and versatile style of big-hearted grumpiness has led to him being in great demand on the alternative and club circuits both in the UK and internationally. This culminated in an appearance on legendary late-night US talk show Conan.
His breakout live show, 'Sunflower', became one of the best reviewed and most talked about shows of that years Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The show saw packed houses for both runs and added additional shows to cope with demand. The show was Time Out London’s No.1 Comedy Pick and secured Garrett a nomination for ‘Breakthrough Act’ at the 2019 Chortle Awards. Garrett has followed this success with a run of superb shows: 'Smile', 'Just Trying to Help' and 'Never Had it So Good'. All three shows transferred to London before touring the UK and have been recorded by 800 Pound Gorilla Records to stream and purchase internationally.
In 2024 Garrett created, wrote and starred in his first sitcom, Do Gooders,on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Sounds. A six-part series set in the offices of a mid-level charity, the show boasted an incredible cast including Frank Skinner, Fay Ripley and Glenn Moore. The show received widespread critical acclaim and was named a critic’s choice in publications including The Sunday Times, The Observer, The Telegraph, The Independent, The Daily Mail, The Radio Times and Chortle.
